How to activate debugger for a Popup screen

If you want to debug what’s happening after a pop up in SAP, you have to start the debugger (“/h” in the command field) before you go to the pop up screen. (Otherwise you will not be able to type “/h” in the command field with the popup screen) In that case you will have to execute unnecessary coding before you come in to the pop up.

To avoid this, you have an option of saving the “/h” (System command) as a shortcut in your machine. When the pop up is active, you can simply drag and drop that shortcut to the SAP screen to start your debug session.

How to attach files to Sales Documents and Material Masters

You can attach a soft copy of any document (for example Specifications, RFQ, etc) to sales documents / Material Masters in SAP.

Only authorized persons can attach documents and viewing also possible for authorized persons only.

Text Type Configuration in SAP

- Customer master sales text
- Material sales text
- Sales order header/line text
- Delivery text
- Billing document text, etc

How to configure MB51 Screen

Material document list (Tx: MB51) is a configurable report that is available in SAP. You can easily customize this report for customer requirements.
For example, if you want to insert the “Sales Order number” as a selection criteria to your MB51 screen, you can easily do it.
